Mission
Comprising the AI Group, Computer Science Group, and Digital Minds

The AI Group aims to make Artificial Intelligence accessible to all students, regardless of background or major. We create a hands-on community where members learn the newest AI tools, share knowledge, and turn ideas into real projects that solve real problems. Through hands-on sessions, guest speakers, and professional connections, the club helps students improve their skills, learn from one another, and apply what they learn to create meaningful impact in business, technology, and society.

Computer Science Group: Our goal is to connect, inspire, and grow the computer science community here at Stern College for Women. With an active and thriving department, we are able to connect current computer science students with alumni through networking events, meet and greets and panels to inspire the next generation of passionate computer scientists.

Digital Minds: Our mission is to inspire creativity, collaboration, and innovation through computer science by providing students with opportunities to learn, build, and explore technology together.

The Environmental Connection Collective strives to foster in YU students a connection with, and appreciation for, the Earth and its environment. Through outdoor experiences, sustainability education, spiritual and hands-on learning experiences, the club provides students with meaningful ways to connect to nature and take part in building a more sustainable future.

Mission
Games are about finding the joy in life and in mundane things. They can provide a distraction from reality, but they can also enhance our appreciation for living. The science behind making games has been developing for thousands of years. It is an art form filled with psychology, math, human expression, programming, iteration, sound design and music. Vast amounts of effort go into creating the games we love, and to create a game yourself requires commitment, collaboration, and innovation of the highest degree. We hope that those who join the club will be able to learn about the game creation process and potentially discover their potential to create their own game.
However, games would not have a market to exist in if not for those passionate enough to play and discuss them. Our club also fosters open discussion about the design of we like and dislike, even from those who have no interest in making games of their own. Through collaboration, education, and innovation, we strive to create a place at YU for game developers, designers, and enjoyers to partake in one of the oldest and most influential activities in history, play.

Appreciation Group: To show appreciation for the security, maintenance and cafeteria staff for all they do!

Belonging B'Yachad: Belonging B'Yachad's mission is to spread a message of inclusion. This will be done through educational events teaching students about disability awareness and sensitivities, and by welcoming individuals with disabilities into our campus for inclusive social events. Through this students at YU will learn how to be more inclusive and recognize that each person has something special to offer to the world.

Bikur Cholim Group: Our mission is to work alongside Project Sunshine in addition to other hospital volunteer organizations to make people's stay at hospitals more comfortable. Through running events such as packing toys to make children's stay less stressful and overall being a support figure for patients and their family.

Chessed Starts at Stern: Our mission is to create community on our campus through little acts of chessed. We hope to cultivate relationships and habits that will begin in Stern and carry on afterwards.

Bone Marrow & Stem Cell Advocacy Netowkr: The overall goal of our organization is to expand accessibility to lifesaving blood cancer treatments, educate the student body, and inspire them to step up and get involved.

Blood Drives: To collect blood donations from students and staff to support local hospitals and patients in need. We strive to make blood donation accessible, impactful, and part of our campus culture of service.

We seek to promote meaningful dialogue, support diverse authors and perspectives, and cultivate a shared understanding of how fantasy continues to shape storytelling and society. Through attentive reading and discussion, we endeavor to celebrate the artistry, insight, and transformative potential of the fantastical.

High Society Books chooses different topics for each meeting to read about and discuss in depth. You'll learn something new, all while mingling with the upper echelons of society, at least in YU.

Project GED: Project GED is a student organization that enables Stern students to use their academic privilege to empower and help adults earn their GED by volunteer tutoring. Our mission focuses on education and community service by helping adults achieve their goals while fostering a platform for Stern students to strengthen their teaching abilities and engage meaningfully with the greater community.

START Science: START Science will be active primarily on Wilf Campus, for housing supplies and the end of year event, with classes being held at the local public schools. Beren students are included, and have historically commuted to the heights to participate as volunteers and leaders.

Tutoring Solutions: To tutor elementary school students at a local public school. We hope to connect with students and and local community and help students learn math more effectively.

The Entrepreneurial Arts Networking Society supports students pursuing creative driven careers such as fashion design, architecture, interior design, party planning and more. This is done by providing a community focused on collaboration, innovation, and business development. Our mission is to prepare members to transform their creative visions into sustainable professional practice through networking, mentorship, and hands on opportunities.

Through networking events, creative projects to strengthen our portfolios, and insider tips from industry professionals, we strive to grow as a club in our marketing abilities.

We are determined to help undergraduate women interested in pursuing careers in banking and finance learn more about the resources and opportunities available to them. We aim to assist in the application process and connect students with alumni, female alumni in particular, who were once in our shoes and create a strong network of dedicated professionals.

YUPAC is a bipartisan group of Yeshiva University students who work together with the goal of strengthening the US-Israel relationship and advocating for other important Jewish communal causes. We host events, organize advocacy trips for students, teach about political activism and lobbying, and put out educational material. Our goal is to train & empower the next generation of advocates for Israel, and the next generation of leaders of the Jewish People.
